About the Role
This account management role is all about driving growth, upselling marketing products, ensuring operational excellence, and building long-lasting partnerships. You’ll help our restaurant partners succeed on our platform while consulting them on opportunities to grow and thrive.
What You’ll Do
- Manage a portfolio of Uber Eats restaurant partners, helping them succeed on the platform.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with partners via email, phone, and in-person meetings.
- Drive growth by upselling marketing products, such as ads and promotions.
- Develop and implement standardized best practices for merchant success within your territory.
- Collaborate with Operations and Sales teams to handle partner inquiries and manage relationships.
- Track and analyze merchant KPIs and OKRs to monitor performance, tackle challenges, and identify growth opportunities.
- Share insights with the team to encourage a results-driven mindset.
- Provide hands-on support in vendor management, training, and introducing new features or products to merchants.
- Represent Uber Eats’ mission, brand, and products with passion and pride.
What You’ll Need
- At least 3-5 years of experience managing enterprise or large accounts/complex commercial portfolios
- Experience in managing commercial relationships.
- Outstanding communication and critical thinking skills.
- A keen eye for detail and a commitment to excellence.
- The ability to present commercial data in an accessible and engaging way using visuals and storytelling.
- Proven success in upselling promotional products and ads.
- Previous experience working within the restaurant industry.
- A background in e-commerce or marketplace environments.
