Position is able to perform the following:
- Assist in the analysis and optimization of service delivery processes.
- Conduct time studies and work measurement to identify areas for improvement.
- Support the development and implementation of process improvement initiatives.
- Collect and analyze data to identify trends and make recommendations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to solve service issues.
- Prepare reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations.
- Participate in continuous improvement activities and lean quality projects.
Here's what you'll need
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Basic knowledge of lean manufacturing principles is a plus.
- Previous internship or co-op experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred.
