The Human Resources (HR) Governance & Analytics Lead is an intermediate level position responsible for the delivery of day-to-day HR support in coordination with the Human Resources Team and Disciplines. The overall objective of this role is to support the function through design & implementation of operational metrics & KPIs to measure & improve accuracy, timeliness & assess compliance. Requires good analytical skills in order to filter, prioritize and validate potentially complex and dynamic material from multiple sources.

In this role, you are expected to:

  • Supports the function through design & implementation of operational metrics & KPIs to measure and improve accuracy, timeliness and assess compliance.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards, reports and visualizations.
  • Provide recommendations for and monitor completion of HR process and policy improvements using operational metrics, survey results, and other key performance indicators.
  • Supporting assessment reviews aimed at identifying gaps to policy and standards, defining further improvement opportunities, trainings, and best practices reviews within the team.
  • Lead or initiate cross functional projects and/or contribute to workflow or process redesign initiatives.
  • Has the ability to operate with a limited level of direct supervision.
  • Can exercise independence of judgement and autonomy.
  • Acts as SME to senior stakeholders and /or other team members.
  • Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency, as well as effectively supervise the activity of others and create accountability with those who fail to maintain these standards.

As a successful candidate, you’d ideally have the following skills and exposure

  • 5-8 years of relevant experience
  • Experience with automated end-to-end sourcing tools
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Ability and experience working in a fast paced, high pressure environment
  • Proven organization and time management skills
  • Demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication skills
  • Bachelor’s degree/University degree or equivalent experience
