The Human Resources (HR) Governance & Analytics Lead is an intermediate level position responsible for the delivery of day-to-day HR support in coordination with the Human Resources Team and Disciplines. The overall objective of this role is to support the function through design & implementation of operational metrics & KPIs to measure & improve accuracy, timeliness & assess compliance.
