Key job responsibilities
As an experienced Professional Services Leader/General Manager, you will be responsible for:
• Leading and developing a high-performing team of Account Executives and Cloud Architects
• Delivering against key metrics including but not limited to Revenue, Billable Bookings, operating margin, team engagement, and customer satisfaction
• Developing and supporting execution of sales strategies (including demand generation, strategic sales, GTM prioritisation) and Area operating strategies to meet team targets and drive revenue growth
• Managing customer relationships, ensuring high satisfaction and identifying new opportunities
• Leveraging deep AWS knowledge to guide sellers in proposing optimal solutions
• Monitoring and analyzing key performance indicators, ensuring accurate reporting and forecasting to optimize operational processes and manage risk

Work/Life Balance
• 10+ years in technology sales, with 5+ years in management [Alternative: Experience in professional services business management, technology sales and people leadership.]
• Experience with cloud technologies
• Experience in leading business development activities and managing sales cycles through a direct Management team
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, related field, or equivalent experience
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
• Ability to build and maintain C-level client relationships
• Experience in AWS, Azure or Google Cloud technology
