• Manages the IT team in the domain. Responsible for their personal and professional development, retention, and overseeing their work.
• Sets goals for the IT team and works with upper management and clients to deliver specific services/applications designed to perform a variety of tasks.
• This individual communicates and coordinates with team members to design, program, and deliver a variety of projects and related technologies to clients, customers, and staff.
• Oversees the testing, delivery, and troubleshooting of IT applications.
• Ensure that we are providing great service to our employees globally.
• Work with the vendors globally to ensure that we will have all the equipment and IT services in all our offices.
• Manages the domain budget and reports to upper management.

• 2+ years of experience working as IT team lead or equivalent experience
• 5+ years of experience working with IT systems, networks, and related technologies (macOS, Chrome, Google Workspace, Ticket management hardware experience)
• Experience with G-suite / Microsoft Office 365
• Experience with Okta
• Working knowledge of A/V conferencing systems (Zoom, Crestron)
• Customer service oriented, strong communication skills and ability to work in fact paced environment
• Collaborative, adaptable and innovative
• Excellent analytical and problem solving skills with attention to details
• Advanced troubleshooting and multi-tasking skills
• Ability to handle complexity, analyze information, and implement company vision
• Knowledge in JAMF is an advantage

Please note this is a hybrid role based out of our NYC office and requires 4 days in office.
