As an ISC Production Supervisor here atHoneywell, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and managing theday-to-day production operations. You will be responsible for ensuring thatproduction targets are met, quality standards are maintained, and safetyprotocols are followed. Your leadership and expertise will contribute to thesuccess and efficiency of our manufacturing processes. You will report directlyto our Sr. ISC Operations Manager and you'll work out of our Greer, SC location.In this role, you will impact production processes, improve operationalefficiency, ensure on-time delivery of products, and maintain a safe workingenvironment. Key Responsibilities:
Manage operations floor staff to meet production targets and maintain quality standards.
Develop and execute strategies for optimizing value stream flow and operational efficiency.
Monitor production schedules, identify bottlenecks, and take corrective actions for timely delivery. Promote lean manufacturing principles and drive continuous improvement.
Conduct performance evaluations, provide feedback, coaching, and training.
Ensure regulatory compliance and maintain a safe working environment.
Lead cross-functional projects for operational excellence and strategic goals.
Ensure compliance with Quality management systems like ISO9001 and AS9100D.
Foster employee engagement, development, and recognition.
MUSTHAVES: 7+ years’ experience in leading projects or teams in an Aerospace Manufacturing Industry.
Proficiency in using manufacturing methods, productivity tools, and SAP.
Strong Leadership and Communication skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
Proficiency in the use of RCCA Methodology to identify root causes and resolve problems.
WE VALUE:
3 plus years’ experience in production/people leader role in an Aerospace Industry.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent manufacturing experience.
Experience in driving process improvements and operational efficiency. Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing Principles.
