Ideally, you'll also have:

  • Product management experience in one or more of ecommerce, retail, supply chain, logistics

  • A track record of defining product vision and roadmaps aligned with organizational strategy

  • Exceptional stakeholder management skills and the ability to influence decisions

Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Product Leadership: Take ownership of a complex product area within the retail platform. Drive the development and execution of product strategy, ensuring alignment with overarching business objectives.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate effectively with engineering, design, business, and other teams to deliver impactful product launches and enhancements. Foster strong relationships and build consensus across diverse stakeholders.

  • Innovation & Partnerships: Proactively identify opportunities for strategic partnerships and integrations to expand the platform's capabilities and drive innovation.

  • Long-term Vision: Work closely with senior leadership to define product vision, set long-term roadmaps, and ensure that initiatives support the overall business strategy.

  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Utilize data analytics and insights to guide product decisions, prioritize initiatives, and track performance.


Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in product management, with a demonstrated track record of success in driving product strategy and execution.

  • Deep understanding of the retail industry and emerging trends, with the ability to anticipate and respond to market changes.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.

  • Exceptional communication and influence skills, fostering collaboration and driving alignment across teams and stakeholders.

  • Proven ability to think strategically, conceptualize new ideas, and translate them into successful product initiatives.

The annual salary range for this position is $110,000.00-$220,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include: - Stock Minimum Qualifications...
