- 8 years of industry experience in digital advertising, consultative sales, business development, or digital marketing, or 6 years of experience with an advanced degree.
- Experience working with advertisers, agencies, or clients.
- Ability to communicate in Italian and English fluently to interact with clients and stakeholders in this region.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience in strategically assessing and achieving client success via business techniques, including effective questioning, objection handling and promoting.
- Experience in thought leadership and high executive functioning within the digital marketing space.
- Experience in managing digital advertising campaigns with a focus on performance marketing.
- Knowledge of online marketing strategy and tactics.
- Ability to own a portfolio in an advertising or media sales context in Italy, and consistently overachieve quotas to drive growth.
- Ability to build compelling narratives and utilize storytelling as a client engagement strategy.
