Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
8 years of industry experience in digital advertising, consultative sales, business development, or digital marketing, or 6 years of experience with an advanced degree.
Experience working with advertisers, agencies, or clients.
Ability to communicate in Italian and English fluently to interact with clients and stakeholders in this region.
Preferred qualifications:
Experience in strategically assessing and achieving client success via business techniques, including effective questioning, objection handling and promoting.
Experience in thought leadership and high executive functioning within the digital marketing space.
Experience in managing digital advertising campaigns with a focus on performance marketing.
Knowledge of online marketing strategy and tactics.
Ability to own a portfolio in an advertising or media sales context in Italy, and consistently overachieve quotas to drive growth.
Ability to build compelling narratives and utilize storytelling as a client engagement strategy.
