Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
5 years of experience in advertising, consultative sales, business development, online media environment, or marketing role, or 3 years of experience with an advanced degree.
Ability to communicate in Hebrew and English fluently to support client relationships in the region.
Ability to travel as required.
Preferred qualifications:
Experience assessing and achieving client success via sales techniques, including effective questioning, objection handling, compelling narratives, storytelling, and engaged promotion.
Knowledge of online marketing strategy and tactics.
Expertise in managing digital advertising campaigns with a focus on both performance and brand marketing.
Demonstrated ability to own a portfolio in an advertising or media sales context in the region and consistently overachieve quotas to drive growth.
Ability to build compelling narratives and utilize storytelling as a client engagement strategy.
