In this role, you will:
- Support in implementation of initiatives related to operations and Business Execution across multiple lines of business
- Identify opportunities to improve processes and provide support to a variety of diverse support functions or operations
- Perform moderately complex cross organizational administrative, transactional, and operational tasks including policy or process changes, process improvements, and technology enhancement tasks
- Receive direction from supervisors
- Assist with the administration of Strategy and Execution programs, projects, or processes specific to the business
- Interact with colleagues of a specific line of business for the purpose of executing a variety of programs, services, and initiatives
Required Qualifications:
- 2+ years of Administrative Support, or Business Support experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications:
- Candidate must have 2+ years of relevant HR Shared Services or Operations experience. Preferably with HR call center experience, banking or support type.
- Preferably a college graduate or at least 2 years in college.
- Strong background on HRIS tools.
- Amenable to work on shifting schedule, mostly catered to US time.
- Amenable to work on selected PH or US Holidays.
Job Expectations:
- Skilled and flexible to work in multiple support channels such as phones, chat and online tools.
- Support Research & Escalation team as a subject-matter expert and project support.
- Provide timely representative feedback to management for coaching opportunities (quality and case management).
- Process complex cases andsupport processesof the team, including employee callbacks to address complex cases and addressing complaints.
- Provide subject matter expertise and interpretation of procedures to less experienced staff.
