Responsibilities:
Define business and operations requirements and systems goals through partnership with decision makers, systems owners and end users.
Analyze business processes, gaps in technology capabilities, as well as appropriate data sources, interfaces and process changes required to address capability gaps.
Generate and compile reports based on findings, including probable causes and potential solutions to systems issues.
Techno-functional specialist responsible for performing Client PII data analysis, design solutions, functional analysis, testing to support Business and Operational needs.
Partnering with local teams on issue resolution for Tax applications hosted in Switzerland.
Technical & functional support and resolution of issues raised by Tax user group.
Perform production data quality reviews for various Tax project deliverables.
Coordination for UAT, Training activities, implementation of Tax projects/initiatives.
Analyzing E2E and performing full impact analysis of production breaks.
Qualifications & Skills:
Relevant experience in business analysis and systems/data analysis
Demonstrated ability to effectively use complex analytical, interpretive and problem-solving techniques.
Proven interpersonal, diplomatic, and influencing skills.
Consistently demonstrate clear and concise written and verbal communication.
Business knowledge in banking/financial domain (Tax domain knowledge is an advantage).
Understand Oracle Relational Database and its Objects.
Expertise of SQL and PL/SQL, oracle SQL developer / TOAD.
Experience of Oracle Database Version 18c and above.
Experience with Oracle Query Optimizer, AWR and trouble shooting performance issues.
Education:
Bachelor's degree/University degree OR equivalent experience.
Master's degree beneficial but not essential
