To do this, you will develop and implement training programs for our current and new process initiatives. Additionally, you will apply quality validation techniques across our systems and processes in order to identify potential solutions, develop process improvements, and detect anomalies. Using your project management experience and expertise, you will analyze data and make decisions necessary to validate compliance objectives to ensure that our business remains profitable and efficient. You will also keep our department on track by developing performance metrics, collaborating with other team members, providing feedback on process improvements, and assisting in the development of new processes.
