As a Strategy Manager with Expoint, you will have the opportunity to develop and lead the business’s strategic planning efforts across the United States, with a special focus on Washington. This role reports to the Head of Strategic Planning and works closely with the Senior Management Team. In this position, you will be responsible for developing and executing Expoint’s strategies in Washington, by monitoring growth opportunities, analyzing market trends, and developing new initiatives. You will work with the Senior Management Team to create an overall vision for the company and manage the execution and implementation of that vision. You will be responsible for managing all aspects of projects and strategic endeavors, including budgeting, timelines, performance and operational metrics, customer research, and other deliverables. You must have excellent problem-solving, communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills, in order to develop innovative and effective strategies. You must also have a strong understanding of the current market landscape, and knowledge of Expoint’s policies and procedures.
