- Provide mentorship and technical guidance to the data science team.

Responsibilities
- Design and enhance credit strategy frameworks governing originations, renewals, and portfolio management to support healthy and scalable growth
- Develop and maintain credit policies and guardrails that balance business expansion with sound risk management principles
- Build analytical frameworks and monitoring tools to assess portfolio health, track early warning indicators and identify emerging risks
- Partner with data science on deployment, monitoring and calibration of credit risk models and segmentation strategies
- Collaborate with Commercial, Product, Platform, Governance, Engineering, and Finance teams to integrate credit strategies and decisioning into product design and system architecture
Required Skills
- Proven experience in credit risk strategy, policy development, and portfolio analytics
- Strong understanding of the commercial credit ecosystem including credit products, bureau information, bank and cash flow data, and alternative data sources used for credit risk underwriting and monitoring
- Demonstrated analytical and quantitative skills with the ability to translate insights into actionable strategy
- Excellent communication and influencing skills with experience presenting to senior management
