- Strategy, Governance and Risk Management
- Development and execution of a multi‑year cybersecurity strategy and investment roadmap aligned to business objectives and federal contract requirements.
- Development, management and maintenance of the GPS IT security risk management policy and/or procedural documentation mapped to NIST SP 800-37 (RMF), NIST SP 800‑53, NIST SP 800‑171, NIST SP 800‑161 (C‑SCRM), and NIST SP 800‑218 (SSDF)

Your key responsibilities
As a Senior Manager, you’ll lead the delivery of sophisticated FP&A and EPM solutions that align with client strategic objectives. You’ll own budget management, oversee end-to-end project execution, and drive measurable outcomes while cultivating deep client relationships. You will oversee complex financial processes and projects, providing leadership and direction to teams and managers. You will be accountable for building client relationships, driving revenue generation, and ensuring the successful delivery of engagements. To qualify for the role, you must have
- Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred (Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Business)
- Minimum 7 years of combined industry and consulting experience in financial planning and analysis, with expertise in:
- Strategic planning, long-range planning, and annual operating planning (AOP)
- Budgeting, forecasting, and rolling forecast processes
- Financial modeling and scenario analysis
- Management reporting and business performance analysis
- Capital planning and investment analysis
- Strong FP&A functional background from corporate finance roles (Manager, Senior Manager, or Director level preferred)
- Consulting or advisory experience implementing FP&A transformations, process improvements, or EPM solutions
- Proven track record translating business challenges into improved planning and decision-making processes
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities—able to deconstruct complex issues and leverage financial data to drive insights
- Experience working with EPM platforms is a plus, such as: Anaplan, Oracle EPM Cloud (PBCS, ePBCS, FCCS), OneStream, Tagetik, or similar solutions
- Understanding of how these tools enable FP&A processes is valued
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with executive presence
- Willingness to travel to meet client needs
Ideally, you’ll also have
- Industry experience: FP&A, Financial Planning, Strategic Finance, or Corporate Finance roles in operating companies
- Consulting experience: Advisory, implementation, or transformation consulting in finance functions
- Both perspectives allow you to understand client pain points while delivering practical, sustainable solutions
- CPA, CFA, or MBA credentials
- Experience across multiple industries (e.g., manufacturing, retail, technology, healthcare, financial services)
- Familiarity with technical concepts such as data integration, cloud computing, or system architecture
- Exceptional interpersonal skills that build trust and foster collaboration with C-suite executives and finance teams
- Proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with strong executive presence
- Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing stakeholder expectations in dynamic environments

What we offer you
- We offer a comprehensive compensation and benefits package where you’ll be rewarded based on your performance and recognized for the value you bring to the business. The base salary range for this job in all geographic locations in the US is $150,400 to $343,600. The base salary range for New York City Metro Area, Washington State and California (excluding Sacramento) is $180,500 to $390,500. Individual salaries within those ranges are determined through a wide variety of factors including but not limited to education, experience, knowledge, skills and geography. In addition, our Total Rewards package includes medical and dental coverage, pension and 401(k) plans, and a wide range of paid time off options.
- Join us in our team-led and leader-enabled hybrid model. Our expectation is for most people in external, client serving roles to work together in person 40-60% of the time over the course of an engagement, project or year.

Essential Responsibilities:
