As a Business Relationship Manager for Expoint – the tech industry’s premier job-searching platform – you will play a critical role in developing and driving the success of our United States-based customers. You will be responsible for managing relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders across U.S. accounts, and you will be the primary contact for customer success and satisfaction.
Specifically, you will be accountable for executing all customer facing activities in the New York and Northeast area, and you will work with our sales team to identify and evaluate opportunities for improvement. You will assist sales and marketing teams with developing and executing sales and marketing strategies, and you will need to understand the technical aspects of Expoint to better serve and advise customers.
Additionally, you will track and analyze data from our customers' usage of Expoint, and you will use this data to provide insights and devise strategies for customer retention, growth and optimization. You’ll also be able to identify trends in customer needs and develop programs to address them.
You should be a strong and effective communicator with strong interpersonal skills, a passion for technology and a desire to foster strong customer relationships. This position requires an organized individual with excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, the ability to multi-task and adapt quickly to changing environments, and the drive to continuously learn and grow in your role.
