Are you looking to join a world-class customer experience team? We are searching for a Technical Account Manager to join the Google Cloud Customer Experience team at Expoint, our tech industry job searching platform.
As a Technical Account Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining positive relationships with customers. When customers contact our team, you will be responsible for responding to questions, addressing product/service inquiries, and suggesting solutions to their problems. Working closely with product, engineering, sales, and marketing teams, you will provide deep product and technical expertise to identify solutions that best meet customers’ needs.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone passionate about customer experience and Google Cloud products. Through this role, you’ll become a trusted advisor and product evangelist to our customers. You’ll also contribute to the growth of the company and the development of our cloud products.
We’re searching for someone who is an excellent communicator, superb listener, and able to quickly respond to customer inquiries. You should be comfortable working with all levels of technical professionals, including developers, engineers, and IT administrators. You must have strong knowledge of Google Cloud products and services and have the ability to articulate complex technical challenges.
