We look for Technical Assistants with a Bachelor's degree in information technology or related field, a technical certification or industry-related degree, and/or equivalent military experience or training. They should also have strong knowledge of hardware, software, and networking systems, advanced debugging skills, project management experience, and excellent customer service skills.
In addition to technical duties, Technical Assistants are also responsible for providing support in technical aspects of the business, such as product testing, training, installations and repair, and user experience management.
