As a service engineer for Expoint, you will focus on designing and maintaining customer makes and models in the tech industry. You will be responsible for providing maintenance and repair services, as well as enhancing and maintaining customer systems for optimal performance. Your role requires an understanding of customer requirements, an ability to troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues, and a passion for excellence.
You are comfortable in all aspects of hardware, from desktops and laptops to servers, routers and switches. You possess a high level of problem resolving skills and the ability to solve technical issues. You have the ability to provide superior customer service, as well as have excellent communication skills.
Within the Expoint platform, you will be required to manage customer accounts and use diagnostic and problem-solving tools to diagnose and troubleshoot customer problems. You will also be responsible for maintaining customer databases, ensuring customer records are accurate and up-to-date. You must also be able to manage customer service relationships and maintain a high standard of customer satisfaction.
The ideal candidate for this role will have the following qualifications: strong technical knowledge in the IT and software sectors, the ability to work under pressure in a fast-pace environment, excellent customer service skills, and experience in database, network, and server administration.
