You will work with a variety of stakeholders to ensure the system is meeting their business needs. You'll be the primary point of contact for incident and problem management and will be responsible for troubleshooting system errors. You'll also lead technical debugging of SAP reports and programs, working closely with developers and technical systems team to identify issues and drive perfect solutions. By analyzing system design flow and configurations, you'll develop strategies to optimize user experiences. From investigating application performance indicators to understanding how existing and new systems can benefit each other, you'll use your expertise to stay one step ahead of customer service needs. You'll have the opportunity to work on end-user product training and will interface with multiple departments to ensure the SAP system meets their current and future requirements. The ideal candidate will have a strong project management background, advanced technical knowledge of the SAP system, and experience in developing technical solutions.
