The Sales Operations Manager is an integral part of the tech industry, and a guiding force for many organizations. As a Sales Operations Manager, you shape go-to-market strategies, develop detailed forecasts and analyze sales performance data. You will help to effectively measure and monitor the effectiveness of sales programs and initiatives, as well as improve and optimize implementing sales systems and processes.
At Expoint, you’ll have the opportunity to manage an entire sales operations process and understand the various systems, processes and programs used to optimize pipeline performance and revenue generation. You’ll have access to sales-oriented applications, Salesforce.com and related CRM tools, internal reporting systems, and other initiatives that can help you identify and unlock sales opportunities. With the help of your experience, you’ll be able to develop sales strategies, build relationships with key customers, as well as other departments, and maintain an up-to-date knowledge of sales trends and best practices. Your day-to-day tasks will include gathering and analyzing sales performance data, setting objectives for sales executives and supporting sales personnel on the road.
