Qualifications:

Knowledge and experience with OFAC and non-US Sanctions laws, regulations, and compliance requirements (including reporting and record retention).
Strong organizational skills with project management experience.

You will work in a group environment on challenging information reporting and withholding engagements across all financial services sectors. We offer the specialization in assisting clients with mission-critical operationaltax issues and customer reporting issues. Specifically, our experienced practitioners work across tax and operations to deliver advice and support throughout the project lifecycle. You will work closely with colleagues to assist clients in understanding relevant tax rules and implementing changes to their operations, processes and systems.Foreign Account Tax Compliance Act (FATCA), and domestic withholding and reporting matters.You can expect to work on engagements dealing with the FATCA, cost basis reporting, and various other global compliance and reporting initiatives, such as the Common Reporting Standard (CRS). Your key responsibilities
You will interface daily with superiors, peers and subordinates and clients on large and small CTORS projects. This could include interpreting IRS Code and Regulations, drafting guidance, data analyzation and requirements development that help clients translate and implement these rules. You may conduct a gap analysis of the current state of clients’ policies, procedures and systems and write business requirements. You will be part of a team that prepares documentation including presentations and flow charts. You will be involved in technical analysis, process improvement and respond to requests for proposals from clients. You will also get the opportunity to support the development of innovative technology solutions, as well as train and manage staff located in remote delivery centers.
