As a Relationship Manager at Expoint, your role is to be the key point of contact between Expoint and its customers across the tech industry. You will be responsible for effective management of the customer experience, ensuring the delivery of excellent service to our clients. You will manage customer communication, be the go-to person for customer’s questions and concerns, as well as stay up-to-date on the latest technology trends and client needs.
Additional responsibilities of a Relationship Manager will include understanding customer profiles to find suitable solutions; keeping track of customer interactions and escalating issues if necessary; understanding product offerings, training and onboarding of new customers; and securing renewals. Furthermore, you will be required to maintain and build relationships with customers, facilitating collaboration and communication for mutual benefit.
As a Relationship Manager, you need to possess strong interpersonal and communication skills and be a self starter with the ability to work independently. You should be able to manage time effectively while taking on multiple client accounts and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. You should also have excellent problem-solving and analytical skills as well as the ability to manage customer expectations.
