A Recruiting Coordinator at Expoint is a critical role in the tech industry. From administrative tasks to providing insights on potential candidates, they are responsible for managing all aspects of the recruitment process. They work closely with hiring teams, promoting Expoint in the community and identifying potential candidates.
As a Recruiting Coordinator, you will collaborate with the team to design the best recruitment process. You will manage the hiring pipeline, pre-screen and interview selected candidates, manage scheduling, and create and track job postings. You'll also need to be creative and come up with creative approaches for sourcing new talent.
You will also be tasked with developing relationships with external recruitment partners and other recruiting agencies, helping to source and place the best possible candidates. You will be expected to be familiar with the hiring market and trends in the tech industry and be able to recommend changes and improvements.
Your excellent organizational and communication skills will be paramount to managing the recruitment needs of the business and playing a key role in developing innovative strategies for the recruitment process. Your creative problem-solving skills will help you to overcome any unique recruiting challenges, raising the bar for our recruitment process and helping us attract the best talent.
