Your Experience

  • 10+ years of experience in technical services, professional services, customer success, support or related functions within a high-growth SaaS/cloud enterprise environment.
  • 5+ years of experience in a leadership role managing regional teams, including direct and matrixed reporting lines.
  • Demonstrated success in managing performance against KPIs related to deployment, adoption, margin, utilization, and CSAT.
  • Strong foundational understanding of Internet security concepts and products, with a demonstrated knowledge of NGFW and SASE (Secure Access Service Edge) architecture and its components.
  • Demonstrated experience running a profitable Professional Services or Customer Success business , including achieving revenue/margin targets, managing backlog, health and optimizing project closure rates.

Notre équipe Data & Analytics est composée d’une cinquantaine de consultants aux profils variés, gender-balanced et en pleine croissance.

En travaillant dans une équipe sur les différents métiers IA & Data pour le secteur financier, vous participerez à la réalisation de missions à forte valeur ajoutée auprès de nos clients (gestion de la donnée, gouvernance data, automatisation, architecture, analyse quantitative, datamining, big data, algorithmique, blockchain, intelligence artificielle, digital, …).

Vos principales responsabilités

Selon votre parcours, vos expériences et votre expertise, vous serez amené à apporter vos compétences à des équipes engagées sur des missions de conseil de différentes natures :

  • Accompagnement les clients dans leur initiatives de Data Management : Aider à la conception, définition et mise en œuvre, y compris en établissant des normes et des processus alignés sur les meilleures pratiques du marché.
  • Pilotage des programmes de transformation data : Assurer le respect des délais et des budgets tout en conduisant des projets d’innovation dans le domaine des données.
  • Garantie de la conformité réglementaire : Analyser les exigences spécifiques du secteur, comme Solvabilité 2 et BCBS 239, pour assurer que les pratiques de gestion des données respectent les normes en vigueur.
  • Animation d'ateliers de cocréation : Faciliter des sessions collaboratives pour identifier des cas d’usage Data en lien avec les métiers et créer des réseaux d’acteurs de la gestion des données.
  • Recommandation de solutions technologiques adaptées : Aider au choix des bons outils (BI, MDM, Analytics, Cloud) et soutenir leur mise en œuvre, tout en développant des outils d’aide à la décision dans divers domaines.

Vos compétences pour réussir

  • Une expérience entre 3 et 10 ans sur des problématiques de Data Gouvernance / Data Management , idéalement dans le monde du conseil et en lien avec le secteur de la finance ou de l’assurance .
  • Compétences fonctionnelles et techniques sur les solutions leaders du marché (Informatica, Collibra, Data Galaxy et Alation, ainsi que sur des outils de Data Quality et de Master Data Management).
  • Connaissance des meilleures pratiques de la gouvernance des données (DMBoK) pour assurer une gestion efficace des données.
  • Une connaissance des réglementations de Solvabilité 2 et BCBS 239 est un plus.
  • Une certification Data Management (DCAM, DAMA…) est un plus.

  • Un panel de savoir-être : un état d’esprit proactif et critique capable de proposer et challenger des idées, un excellent niveau rédactionnel et une bonne capacité d’analyse et de synthèse pour que les messages soient clairs.
  • Un fort esprit d’équipe tout en faisant preuve d’autonomie ainsi qu’un bon sens du relationnel et une grande capacité d’écoute pour répondre au mieux aux besoins des clients.
  • Vous êtes orienté client et business , sans vous focaliser uniquement sur les aspects techniques, avec une capacité de vulgarisation
  • Être certifié sur une ou des technologies de marché est un plus

Processus de recrutement

Le processus de recrutement est composé de 3 entretiens (RH et métier) dont une étude de cas. Les entretiens, menés à distance et en présentiel, permettent d’échanger sur votre parcours, d’évaluer vos compétences et de répondre à vos questions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Leading client engagements and manage relationships after the contract is executed to foster ongoing client satisfaction

  • Ensuring that all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget
  • Developing project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
  • Ensuring resource availability and allocation
  • Developing detailed project plans to track progress
  • Performing risk management to minimize project risks
  • Creating and maintain comprehensive project documentation
  • Reporting progress and business needs to management

:

  • BA/BS degree (required)
  • 3+ years of full lifecycle implementation experience; a background working for a SaaS based company (preferred)
  • Experience working within healthcare industry is required
  • Confident leadership skills that allowing them to provide direction to clients
  • Ability to build relationships at various levels of an organization
  • A passion for technical problem solving using various tools available to find a solution
  • High self-motivation and self-direction
  • Solid technical background, with understanding or hands-on experience in cloud services and web technologies
  • Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills (written and oral)
  • Strong organizational skills, including attention to detail and multi-tasking
  • Experience in healthcare software services is a plus
  • PMP or Agile certification (preferred)
