You will use your knowledge of quality processes and systems to review products and processes for compliance, identify any issues, and suggest ways to improve the product. Additionally, you will train staff on quality control processes, coach and mentor quality technicians, and evaluate the outcomes of any quality improvement initiatives. The ideal candidate for this position should have a bachelor's degree in a related discipline and already have experience as a Quality Consultant. A solid understanding of quality systems, process improvements, and implementation of quality standards is required.
