Program Manager Google Cloud jobs

As the Program Manager, you will be the advocate for customer success and responsible for working with key stakeholders and the development team to ensure successful launch and adoption of Google Cloud products. You will lead programs and projects within a cross-functional team, including customer discovery and research, product development and delivery, customer onboarding and collaboration, and end-to-end customer support. You will need to be creative and think outside the box to make the most of Google Cloud's services. You will also drive customer conversations, help the customer identify and articulate the requirements of their cloud strategy, and serve as a bridge between customer needs and the product teams. Your background should include a minimum of 5 years experience working in enterprise cloud architecture, a deep understanding of the Google Cloud platform, as well as project management and customer engagement experience. You should be able to lead customer conversations and provide technical guidance, and be able to utilize customer data to develop effective strategies to improve the customer experience.
