As a Product Support Specialist, you'll be in charge of responding to customer issues with technical products. You'll investigate, troubleshoot, and provide technical support to customers and will play an essential role in customer satisfaction. Your role is to ensure customer satisfaction and ensure customer questions, unsolved problems, and technical issues are answered professionally and in a timely manner. This means that you should have excellent phone and email communication skills, in addition to customer friendly approach. Additionally, you should be knowledgeable in software and have a familiarity with Mac and Windows, as well as other operating systems as needed. You may need to respond to, create, and modify any customer records as needed, including profile information, technical issues, and steps taken to solve problems. A passion for troubleshooting and strong problem-solving skills will come in handy. An aptitude for learning new technology and an eye for detail and the ability to document the troubleshooting process is required.
