You'll investigate, troubleshoot, and provide technical support to customers and will play an essential role in customer satisfaction. This means that you should have excellent phone and email communication skills, in addition to customer friendly approach. You may need to respond to, create, and modify any customer records as needed, including profile information, technical issues, and steps taken to solve problems.
