Product Design Engineer jobs

Product design engineers play an important role in the development of a variety of products. This position works to bridge the gap between concept, prototype and production. From understanding user needs, to brainstorming and evaluating design options, to prototyping and testing, product design engineers are capable of managing the entire product development cycle. At Expoint, you will collaborate with a talented development and engineering team to design attractive, user-friendly, and reliable products that meet the needs of our customers. Your duties include creating user interfaces and user experiences that are consistent with brand guidelines and industry standards, and function as intended for the intended user. You will also be responsible for producing high-quality designs which reflect input from feedback, reviews and tests. You should possess a solid understanding of computer-based designs, modeling, and prototyping software. Expertise in CAD, Sketch, InVision, and other design and prototyping tools are a must. Our ideal candidate should have experience with integrating various software and hardware components. A degree in industrial design, engineering, or a related field is a major plus.
