The GITS team is part of Intel's Information Security organization and supports the unique IT Information Security and Compliance requirements for Intel Federal LLC, a subsidiary of Intel that delivers products and/or services to the U.S. Government (USG). As part of the GITS team, you will help us grow our secure solution suite to meet U.S. Government requirements for data safeguarding.Primary duties and responsibilities:

• Install, configure, and harden IT systems (Windows and Linux) in accordance with STIGs, NIST 800-53, and RMF security/compliance standards.
• Deploy and manage security tools such as Nessus, Splunk, and ACAS to support vulnerability management, continuous monitoring, and compliance reporting.
• Conduct vulnerability assessments and remediation, validating results through STIG Viewer, SCAP scans, and other compliance tools.
• Perform lifecycle and configuration management, including secure builds, deployments, and patching.
• Monitor and maintain system performance and security, ensuring continuous Authorization to Operate (ATO).
• Collaborate with Information Security teams to assess, analyze, and respond to findings; support audits and inspections as required.
• Develop and maintain documentation, including SOPs, process guides, and IT policies.

The Minimum qualifications are required to be considered for this position. Minimum qualifications listed below would be obtained through a combination of industry relevant job experience, internship experience and / orschoolwork/classes/researchor military. The preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates

Minimum Qualifications

• US Citizenship required.
• Active US Government TS Security Clearance with the ability to obtain and maintain TS/SCI Security Clearance with Polygraph.
• Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 3+ years of relevant experience in the Government Information Technology (IT) and Information Security Industry, -or- a High School Diploma with at least 5+ years of relevant experience in the Government Information Technology (IT) and Information Security Industry.
• 3+ years of experience with NIST 800-53, NIST 800-137, and the Risk Management Framework (RMF).
• 3+ years of experience with Windows Operating Systems -or- Linux Operating Systems.
• 3+ years of experience with hardening devices, configuring and managing logging capabilities and performing vulnerability remediation.
• Experience with IT Lifecycle and configuration management, including workstation and server builds, deployments, and patching.
• Experience utilizing tools such as STIG Viewer, SCAP scanners, and manual validation techniques to ensure compliance.
• Experience applying and maintaining information security controls.

Preferred Qualifications

• Active US Government Security Clearance with a Top Secret/SCI with Polygraph.
• Bachelor's degree.
• DoD 8570.01-M IAT Level II or III certification (i.e. Security+, CASP, CISSP), within 6 months of starting the position and an OS specific certification.
• Experience with RMF as it relates to Systems Administration.
• Experience using industry-standard security tools for audit reduction, vulnerability management, and malware detection, including: ACAS, Tenable Nessus, Splunk, SCAP, Compliance Checker, STIG Viewer, EPO, and Trellix.
• Experience with cloud security principles and experience working with cloud service providers (e.g., AWS, Azure) in environments requiring compliance with federal or DoD security standards.

What you will bring:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Information Systems, or equivalent work experience; certifications like ITIL, COBIT, Agile, Six Sigma, Slack, or Microsoft are valued.

• 7+ Years of experience administrating M365 and Google Workspace configurations.

• 5+ Years of experience with Slack Enterprise Grid administration and integrations.

• 5+ Years of experience administrating Exchange, Exchange Online, Cisco Cloud Email Security or other email systems and have implemented DMARC, DKIM, SPF, and BIMI.

• 3+ Years of experience administrating Windows and Linux OS.

• 1+ Years of building and implementing AI agents, MCP Servers, and in-product AI enhancements.

• Deep expertise in administering Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, and Slack Enterprise Grid, with strong skills in platform integrations and automation using PowerShell and Graph API.

• Track record of securing enterprise applications and applying identity and access management principles, including hands-on experience with Exchange Online, Cisco Cloud Email Security, Active Directory, and Entra ID.

• Experience implementing and supporting AI-powered agents and enhancements, and using tools such as PowerAutomate and Google Apps Script.

• Advanced problem-solving capabilities for complex networking and firewall issues, along with knowledge of release management and compliance standards such as CAB, MS Purview, and MS Defender.

• Willingness to participate in 24x7 on-call rotation and ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders, including non-technical users and global teams.

• Ensures that loan documentation and lien perfection meet bank policies and procedures and that work products are delivered in an accurately and timely manner

• Reviews documentation, performs due diligence and collateral perfection, and monitors loan documentation for a specific market segment

• Reviews documents for accuracy, timely delivery, and necessary research requirements to ensure documentation reflects the appropriate transactional information and elimination of controllable rework

• Reviews the loan approval and loan documents prepared by counsel to ensure consistency and adherence to requirements

• Designs a robust filing and organizational process to assist in completing primary financial booking and initial loan funding

• Works closely with Client Managers, Credit and Portfolio Officers, Agency Management, internal and external legal counsel, and many internal operational support units to ensure seamless execution of transactions

This job is responsible for answering inbound calls and initiating outbound calls within a call center to assist new and existing clients with determining the best solution for financing the purchase of a home, refinancing an existing mortgage, or obtaining a new home equity line of credit. Key responsibilities include analyzing the clients financial goals, determining the most optimal lending product solution, submitting the mortgage application, assisting clients with gathering supporting loan documentation, and keeping clients informed throughout the mortgage loan process.
This position is subject to SAFE Act registration requirements. Pursuant to the SAFE Act requirements, all employees engaged in residential loan mortgage originations must register with the federal registry system and remain in good standing. Since this position requires SAFE Act registration, employees are required to register and to submit to the required SAFE Act background check and registration process. Failure to obtain and/or maintain SAFE Act registration may result in disciplinary action up to and including termination.
