An experienced and dedicated Lab Technologist is needed to join the Expoint family! In this role, the Lab Technologist will be responsible for providing efficient, accurate, safe, and secure technical support for laboratory operations. The Lab Technologist's primary goal is to ensure that all laboratory operations and protocols are in compliance with guidelines. This role will require the ability to perform complex research, testing, and analysis in the laboratory, and results must be documented, filed, and reported accurately. The Lab Technologist should maintain a positive attitude and be willing to work with others in the greater laboratory environment. A successful Lab Technologist should have a detail-oriented mindset and have the ability to recognize and rectify any errors, along with strong problem-solving abilities and cleanroom experience. The Technologist should also demonstrate excellent time management and multitasking skills, as well as the ability to work under pressure. The position requires a minimum of 2+ years of experience working in a scientific laboratory setting and a degree in Science/Technology related field (previously or currently enrolled in a related degree program). The Lab Technologist would be working with advanced scientific and research equipment, so the ability to accurately set up, computerize, maintain, and troubleshoot laboratory equipment is key. The Technologist would also need to be familiar with factors affecting laboratory operations and scientific methods.
