As an Inside Sales Associate, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining customer relationships, seeking out new business opportunities, building customer loyalty, and negotiating sales contracts.
You'll need excellent communication and sales skills, both verbal and written, plus a strong work ethic and the desire to go above and beyond. Above all else, you must strive to excel in customer relations, understand the customer's needs and use persuasive sales tactics to convert potential leads into paying customers.
In this role, you'll be armed with industry knowledge, sales strategies, and support from your team, to help you perform your duties. From cold calling, to product demonstrations, to growing your customer base, you'll be at the forefront of the tech industry.
The successful candidate should have an outgoing personality, an aptitude for learning new information quickly, and an excellent phone demeanor. To succeed, you must be able to quickly build rapport with customers, learn about their business needs and deliver the solutions.
