A Project Manager is an integral part of the successful implementation of tech projects. The Project Manager will also be responsible for creating project plans, motivating teams and setting milestones. They need to convince stakeholders and team members of the best strategies for ensuring the project’s success. They must also be able to interpret and explain technical terminology, metrics and reports to those who are not technically inclined.
