As a Human Resources (HR) Business Partner at Expoint, you will be offering HR services to our tech customers in order to meet their business objectives. You will be providing strategic guidance, offering assistance to businesses in the tech industry, and advising on innovative solutions to create a competitive edge in the market. You will also be responsible for handling a variety of HR aspects of the business, such as staffing, employee relations, compensation and benefits, labor relations, and organizational development and HRIS execution. Additionally, you will be tasked with managing personnel issues, managing employee performance & engagement, and maintaining a safe work environment.
You will also be responsible for developing strategies to drive employee engagement and onboard experienced talent, while also providing the necessary support to the operational teams. You will be delivering HR solutions to our tech customers and ensuring that these solutions reflect the goals of the business. Additionally, you will also be responsible for developing HR policies and procedures that are designed to promote a safe, productive, and engaging work environment for everyone involved.
Furthermore, you will also be providing managers and teams with the necessary guidance and metrics to ensure that HR is an update-to-date and effective resource for Expoint's customers.
