One of the most critical positions in any tech business is a Human Resources Coordinator. A Human Resources Coordinator spearheads a variety of administrative functions and duties for the Human Resources Department. As a Human Resources Coordinator, you're tasked with providing support during the recruitment, onboarding, and training of new employees.
Your primary responsibility involves managing and reviewing the recruitment process. This includes job postings, sourcing and vetting applications, and making offers to candidates. You'll also be responsible for performing background checks and reference checks. You'll be expected to develop and maintain relationships with employers and recruiters in the industry.
