As an HR Representative, your primary responsibility will be to manage the recruitment and onboarding processes for all new employees. You will be tasked with interviewing prospective candidates, conducting reference checks, and maintaining a well-stocked network of qualified candidates. You will also be in charge of assisting with disciplinary issues related to employee conduct, ensuring that the appropriate measures are taken to resolve them adequately.
Furthermore, you will be responsible for communicating with the department heads about their hiring needs, and presenting ideal candidates for them to consider. Additionally, you will be responsible for tracking employee development and working with the company's legal team in certain cases. You should be able to maintain a friendly and professional atmosphere during the recruitment process, while still guiding the team to a positive outcome.
You will be someone who is a strong advocate for the wellbeing of all employees and can build strong relationships with internal and external teams. As an HR Representative, you should have excellent communication and multitasking skills, and be willing to embrace the potential of our fast-paced work environment.
