As the HR Coordinator at Expoint, it is your responsibility to ensure all human resources needs are met. This is an important role in our growing team of experts. You will be the catalyst to help us achieve our human resources goals. You will coordinate human resource activities such as recruiting, onboarding, and performance management.
On a day-to-day basis, you will be responsible for screening resumes and conducting phone interviews. You will perform background checks and present onboarding packages for new hires. You will also be responsible for maintaining employee records, coordinating employee benefit programs and programs, preparing documents for employee-related events, and assessing training-related requirements for all personnel.
You should have excellent verbal and written communication skills, Strong organizational skills to juggle multiple tasks with varying levels of complexity, the ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality, and a sound knowledge of employment and labor laws.
