In this role, you will support the achievement of Expoint's HR goals and objectives by collecting, analyzing and synthesizing data from existing HR systems, programs, and processes. It’s your job to analyze this information and make recommendations for improvements. Specifically, you will be responsible for using HR data to identify trends and gaps in areas such as attrition, training, recruitment, and benefits.
A successful HR Analyst at Expoint is an enthusiastic self-starter, with great problem-solving, analytical and communication abilities. You will deeply understand HR metrics and analytics, and use that knowledge to make sound decisions while also staying current on trends and industry changes. As part of the team, you will also help in the implementation of new HR technologies and initiatives, ensuring the highest quality and efficiency of the Expoint platform.
The ideal candidate for this opportunity has HR experience (preferably within the tech industry) and a degree or certification in a related field. You are a data guru by nature and understand analytics technologies, HR reporting and process improvement.
