Are you a tech-savvy professional with a passion for success? Expoint is looking for a driven franchise manager to help our clients in the tech industry succeed. Our franchise manager is responsible for helping our clients build and maintain positive relationships with franchisees, and developing new business opportunities to help them adapt to a rapidly changing tech industry.
In this role, you’ll be expected to serve as a consulting partner with our franchisees, guiding them through their strategic business plans and working with them to ensure their success. You’ll provide support on topics such as how to expand the franchise’s reach, how to identify new customers, and how to onboard, retain, and grow clients.
To succeed in this role, you must possess excellent communication and organizational skills, with an eye for detail and the ability to research and analyze detailed information. You must also be highly organized, motivated, and capable of developing, presenting, and tracking the successes of our clients. In addition, you must have a thorough understanding of the tech industry and the ability to quickly adapt to changing market needs.
