The Opportunity:
Flywire is seeking a forward-thinking, motivated, and results-driven Client Success Specialist to support the delivery and execution of our solutions for new and existing Travel clients across the Americas region.
We’re looking for a strong team player who is excited by growth, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is eager to contribute to the ongoing success and scalability of our Travel business unit.
As a Client Success Specialist, you will collaborate closely with the Travel sales team and leadership to implement strategies that drive client growth, improve retention, and increase revenue through upselling and optimization. You’ll be responsible for identifying opportunities for enhancement, delivering timely and accurate support, and ensuring clients maximize the value of the Flywire payment platform.

Throughout our process you can expect to meet with different FlyMates including the Hiring Manager, Peers on the team, the VP of the department, and a skills assessment. Your Talent Acquisition Partner will walk you through the steps and be your “go-to” person for any questions. The US base salary range for this full-time position is $63,000-$74,000 plus commission, restricted stock units and benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, position level, and location. The range displayed on this job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and several other factors, including job-related skills, experience, relevant education and training. Your Talent Acquisition Partner can share more about the specific salary range for your preferred location during the hiring process.
