Financial Analyst Trainees need to be highly organized and knowledgeable about various types of investments including stocks, bonds and mutual funds and other assets. They must have analytical and quantitative skills, as well as be able to read financial reports and models and recognize potential profitability of investments. Training will include how to analyze a client's portfolio, conduct thorough research, accurately formulate client advising, and develop a detailed financial plan. The successful candidate should have great communication and interpersonal skills, be organized and have attention to detail.
