As an ERP Project Manager, your job is to lead large-scale enterprise resource planning (ERP) projects in the tech industry. You will be responsible for planning, executing, managing, and controlling these projects. You must also collaborate with key stakeholders throughout the organization to ensure successful project completion.
To succeed in this role, you must be highly organized and creative. Your duties will include developing project charters to establish goals, determining resources needed and tasks to complete the project, providing detailed project plans and analysis, and leading and motivating teams. You will be expected to resolve conflicts and keep track of progress to ensure that all deadlines are met.
Beyond techniques, you must also possess strong soft skills.
