This role requires you to have excellent organizational skills, communication skills and prioritization skills. You will be responsible for finding new and innovative ways to communicate and coordinate execution between multiple stakeholders including engineers, developers, software architects, and product owners. You will be responsible for coordinating and managing design and development activities related to engineering projects and software development efforts. You should be experienced in developing plans and strategies focused on meeting technical objectives and customer needs. Additionally, you will be in charge of scheduling activities, monitoring performance, budgeting resources, and ensuring the timely completion of each project. You will bring a data-driven approach to team management and you will also be responsible for keeping oversight of design and development of engineering related initiatives. You will be an invaluable asset to our team. Your organizational, problem solving and communication skills will be put to test on a daily basis. You will take ownership of the team’s projects, managing the tasks and deadlines set and ensuring that goals are achieved in a timely manner.
