The Digital Account Manager will be responsible for monitoring and maintaining customer accounts, interacting with customers on social media platforms, and providing technical assistance. You will also be responsible for developing, maintaining and improving the user experience of accounts and identifying new opportunities.
As the Digital Account Manager, you’ll need excellent communication skills, the ability to think quickly and strategically, and be able to remain organized and meet deadlines. Knowledge of the latest trends in digital marketing and web development will be extremely beneficial.
