As a Customer Success Account Manager for Expoint, you’ll be responsible for creating extraordinary experiences for all customers. You’ll apply your customer service and people skills to help customers navigate the process of using Expoint services. You’ll be expected to respond quickly and efficiently to customer inquiries and complaints. You’ll be in direct contact with customers as the primary point of contact for Expoint membership questions, account set-up, billing, technical questions, and more.
In addition, you’ll work with the sales team to convert potential customers into new members and strengthen relationships with existing customers. You’ll monitor customer retention trends, proactively identify problems that could lead to customer churn, and resolve customer issues in the shortest amount of time.
You’ll also have the opportunity to use your creative problem-solving skills to identify and make suggestions on new features to make the Expoint platform even betters.
The ideal candidate for this role will have excellent communication skills and a level of technical industry knowledge. Computer literacy and an understanding of SaaS-based products are required. Experience in tech customer support, operations, or sales is a plus.
