As a CRM Analyst at Expoint, you will play a key role in the success of our customer relationships. You will take ownership of customer data, develop customer models, identify customer trends, and deliver targeted customer messages. As part of a fast-paced tech work environment, you will need to quickly understand customer needs and provide strategic advice related to the development and implementation of CRM initiatives.
You need to be accurate and drive customer insights that allow us to develop meaningful customer segments and understand customer behavior. You will have the creativity to be able to interpret data and effectively convey the customer insights to our customer-facing teams. You will have a knack for problem-solving, working collaboratively and communicating effectively.
At Expoint, you will have the opportunity to develop and maintain customer segmentation, customer scoring methods, predict customer trends and behaviors. You will ensure accuracy and integrity of data, analyze product and customer data, develop customer cohorts and segments and deliver insights.
