  • As Director, Digital Business Integration for Corporate Functions (HR, Legal, HSE, Finance, and Corporate Development) , this leader will serve as a strategic partner and liaison; bridging business needs with technology solutions, while driving alignment, consensus, and adoption across global functions.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Align business and technology strategies to enable faster, more effective deployment of digital solutions primarily for West's Corporate Functions.
  • Standardize and harmonize processes and data across functions and regions, creating a single source of truth and significantly reducing operational complexity.
  • Provide independent focus on optimization and efficiency , minimizing the impact of functional silos and avoiding day-to-day operational distractions.
  • Enhance agility and responsiveness , enabling faster adaptation to organizational changes, market dynamics, and business needs.
  • Shape and execute West’s digital strategy , ensuring alignment between enterprise transformation goals and the evolving technology landscape, while driving innovation in support of business priorities.

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, accounting, information systems, or related fields, or equivalent experience
Work Experience
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in project execution, process design, and/or systems implementation
  • Experience with SAP (S/4HANA preferred), specifically with Financial Accounting, Controlling, and Human Capital Management modules.
  • Experience in the integration of SAP FICO module with HR Systems.
  • Experienced business partner with a strong track record of collaboration with C-level executives
Preferred Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
  • Strong knowledge of and experience with leading practice budgeting, forecasting, analytics, and accounting principles for the typical business processes of a Life Sciences manufacturing company (Order to Cash, Procure to Pay, Record to Report, Hire to Retire, etc.).
  • Ability to manage change effectively, including strong interpersonal communication skills that can be adapted to various levels of the organization.
  • Experience with Agile project management framework, including setting goals, creating sprint plans, tracking progress, and holding teams accountable for timely delivery.

Your new role

As Account Manager New Cardio, you will be responsiblefor 10 hospital accountsin the central Netherlands – a mix of university and regional hospitals. Five of these are long-term partners; the others require a more proactive “hunter” approach. You’ll collaborate closely with cardiologists and Cath lab teams, supporting them in procedures while also developing strategic commercial opportunities. Although you will take responsibility for your own territory, you won’t be on your own.

You will be joining a supportive team led by, and work alongside experienced colleagues who will help you build your expertise step by step.

About the Role

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Serves as primary resource for clinical support in the areas of case coverage, basic troubleshooting, system, and software development.
  • Educates customers and internal Boston Scientific employees on the merits and proper clinical usage of the Farapulse device by giving presentations and demonstrations using a wide variety of formats and platforms (e.g., slides, transparencies, manuals) to keep all abreast of the latest product and technology developments.
  • Attends cases in labs of hospital accounts for case support and development efforts of the Farapulse system and its components.
  • Providing initial and continuous, as needed, training and feedback for development team and sales representatives (as appropriate) on Farapulse, development process, products and features, and procedures involving those products and features.
  • Meets with existing and potential clients (e.g., physicians, physician office groups at hospitals) by traveling (in an automobile or airplane) to identify their clinical needs, goals, and constraints related to patient care and to discuss and demonstrate how company products can help them to achieve their goals.
  • Develops relationships with hospital personnel (e.g., through casual conversation, meetings, participation in conferences) to make new contacts in other departments within hospitals and to identify key decision makers to facilitate future sales.

The position requires strategic vision and hands-on implementation to build world-class EHS performance based on a strong global culture. Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree required preferably within Environmental Sciences or in an engineering discipline.
  • 10+years of EH&S experience to include standard concepts, practices, and procedures within the EH&S field.
  • 5+ years of people leadership experience, ability to guide, coach, direct, and develop direct reports, and drive those practices throughout their organization.
  • Experience in controlling the activities and budget of one or more functional areas, divisions, product groups, projects/programs and/or operations.
  • Proven ability to work through other functions and personnel to deliver on EHS goals while supporting the business locally and globally.
  • Demonstrated experience collaborating with global business partners, building inclusive partnerships and valuing diversity across cultures and regions.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills required, with ability to influence and drive new ideas at the executive level.
  • Self-starter with high degree of latitude is required.
  • This role requires travel domestic and international to BSC global locations.
