The Business Development Director position with Expoint is an ideal opportunity for a proven senior leader with a passion for the tech industry and a deep understanding of what it takes to succeed in the competitive landscape. As a key member of the management team, the Director will be responsible for driving corporate growth, developing and executing strategies to achieve key performance indicators, and collaborating with stakeholders across the organization.
The successful candidate will have experience in business development, sales, or marketing and will bring a strategic approach to their decision making and problem-solving. They will have experience identifying and capitalizing on opportunities for growth, and engaging with existing customers to ensure customer engagement and retention. They will be comfortable enacting change and will bring an innovative mindset that can bring fresh ideas to the table.
The Business Development Director will work closely with executives, sales and marketing teams and be ultimately responsible for developing and executing plans that optimize performance, while ensuring long-term, sustainable growth. They will assume ownership of Expoint's go-to-market strategy, oversee the organisation's scalability and work with various teams, including product, engineering and operations.
The Business Development Director will have a passion for the tech industry, with the ability to identify trends, articulate strategic visions and implement actionable plans. They will be expected to demonstrate excellent leadership skills, dynamic creativity, and a solid grasp of market demands. Ultimately the successful candidate will possess an entrepreneurial mindset, a strong sense of urgency and the desire to help Expoint continue to grow.
