The application support role with Expoint is an exciting and rewarding opportunity for those looking to make a difference in the tech industry. In this role, you will be tasked with identifying and resolving application-related technical issues for multiple clients. This requires you to effectively analyze the issue and determine the technical cause, coordinate with additional team members and external partners to diagnose the underlying problem, and Foster successful client relationships. You will also be required to use your troubleshooting and technical expertise to develop accurate and effective problem resolutions.
On a more people-based level, you will be responsible for training users on operating systems and software applications as well as providing customer support. Working with the client or customer on a day-to-day basis, you will be required to have excellent interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills. Your attention to detail and problem-solving skills will be heavily relied upon in this role.
